حاجی نذیر احمد کٹپال نے کہا کہ ایک زرعی ملک میں کسان دشمن بل کی منظوری میں ساتھ دے کر پارلیمانی جماعتوں نے بڑی زیادتی کی ہے مظلوموں کی بجائے ظالموں کے ساتھی ہونے کا ثبوت دیا ہے سوچ سمجھ کر ووٹ نہ دینے والے طبقے، کسانوں و زمینداروں کے ساتھ اس قسم کے سلوک کی ہی امید رکھی جا سکتی ہے بہرحال سرائیکستان ڈیموکریٹک پارٹی کی دعائیں اور ہمدردیاں کسانوں کے ساتھ ہیں ہم کسان دشمن بل کی بھر پور مذمت کرتے ہیں
