Allama Abdul Rauf Rabbani has said that petrol quota of government officials, bureaucrats and members of parliament should be stopped.

He said that it should not be the case that the people who are suffering due to inflation should come out on the streets without any leadership and it would not be possible for the government to handle it just like the revolution in France. Instead of making the poor a scapegoat, the petrol quota of government officials, bureaucrats and MPs who get their salaries should be abolished. They eat and sleep in pleasures so the poor people did not take the contract to bear the whole burden. The salaries of the MPs should be stopped and deposited in the state treasury. Imran Khan Shahbaz Sharif Asif Ali Zardari will not be affected by inflation. Poor people are being pushed into the mill of poverty and are committing suicide due to inflation.
