رحیم یارخان (نیشن آف پاکستان نیوزآن لائن،محمد خرم لغاری)ڈی پی او اسد سرفرازخان نے کہا ہے کہ ایڈمن آفیسرز تھانہ کی دیکھ ریکھ کے ساتھ ڈسپلن کی پاسداری کے بھی ذمہ دار ہیں عوام الناس اور اہلکاروں کی سہولیات کو یقینی رکھنا ایڈمنز کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار انہوں نے ضلع بھر کے تھانہ جات میں تعینات ایڈمنز آفیسرز کی منعقدہ میٹنگ سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایڈمنز آفیسرز کی تعیناتی کے اغراض و مقاصد بہت وسیع تر ہیں اور آپ لوگوں کو آپ کی ذمہ داریوں سے بخوبی آگاہی فراہم کی گئی اور مجھے یقین ہے کہ آپ ان سے عہدی براہ ہونے کے لیے اپنی بھر کوشش اور صلاحیتوں کا مظاہرہ کر رہے ہوں گے

انہوں نے اس موقع پر ایڈمنز آفیسرز سے تھانہ جات میں جاری کام، صفائی، سہولیات اور دیگر امور پر مکمل بریفنگ لی اور انہیں ہدایت کی کہ وہ اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو پورا کرنے کے لیے کوئی کسر اٹھا نہ رکھیں، تھانہ کی صفائی، کسی بھی قسم کی مرمت اور رینوویشن کو بروقت کروائیں اور اس سلسلہ میں تعینات عملہ کو اس بات کا پابند رکھیں کہ وہ کبھی بھی کسی قسم کی سستی کا مظاہرہ نہ کریں انہوں نے عوام کی بیٹھنے کی جگہ پر ہوا اور پانی کی فراہمی، عملہ کے فوری رسپانس کو یقینی بنانے اور اہلکاروں کی ضروریات اور سہولیات کوبھی فعال رکھنے کی ہدایت کی، اس موقع پر اے ایس پی یوٹی محمد شہزاد نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کیا اور بہتر سروسسز کے لیے اپنی تجاویز دیں۔
