محترم قارئین کرام، ڈاکٹروں کا جذبہ اور خدا ترسی اپنی جگہ لیکن سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ قومی، صوبائی اور ضلعی سطح پر مختلف قسم کی بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کے سلسلے میں کونسے کونسے حقیقی و عملی اقدامات اٹھائے جا رہے ہیں اب آپ ملیریا اور ڈینگی کے خاتمے کے لیے اٹھائے جانے والے نمائشی اقدامات کو دیکھ لیں کیا ہو رہا ہے شہروں میں تو کچھ نہ کچھ کر ہی لیا جاتا ہے مگر دیہاتوں میں قدرتی و فطری ماحول  رہنے والوں کو قدرت کے رحم و کرم ہر ہی چھوڑ دیا جاتا ہے ہمیں اب یہ بھی دیکھنا ہوگا کہ دیہات پہلے والے دیہات نہیں رہے شہروں کی طرح یہاں بھی ہر قسم کی غلاظت خاصی بڑھ چکی ہے خاص طور پر سیوریج سکیمیں نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے گھر گھر میں گٹر کنواں بن چکے ہیں معدے آنتوں اور یرقان کی بیماری بڑی خطرناک حد تک بڑھ چکی ہے اس کا حل اور متبادل کب اور کون دے گا

کیا عوامی، انتظامی اور حکومتی سطح پر اس اہم مسئلے پر کسی سوچ بچار کا اغاز کیا گیا ہے یا نہیں حکومتیں اور محکمہ صحت بیماریوں کے اسباب وجوہات کو جاننے اور ان پر کنٹرول کرنے کے لیے کیا کر رہی ہیں اچھی قوموں کے حکمران اور انتظامیہ ہمیشہ اپنے عوام کو بیماری کی صورت میں اچھی سہولیات فراہم کرتے ہیں بلکہ اُن کی تو کوشش یہی ہوتی ہے کہ وہ اپنے عوام کو بیماریوں کے اسباب اور وجوہات پر بہتر منصوبہ اور ایڈوانس عملی اقدامات کے ذریعے بیماریوں سے بچا سکیں ہمارے ہاں ایڈہاک ازم کی سوچ اور نظریے کے تحت کام کرنے والے حکمرانوں نے کبھی اس طرف سنجیدگی سے دھیان ہی نہیں دیا یہاں پر اگر میں یہ کہوں کہ ہمارے ہاں تلخ حقائق سامنا کرنے سدباب کرنے کی بجائے اکثر و بیشتر چھپائے جاتے ہیں جیسا کہ پولیو فری کا جھوٹ ہے ڈاکٹروں کو جبرا سختی کے ساتھ پولیو کیسز بارے کسی کو خاص طور پر میڈیا کو بتانے سے روکا گیا ہے ڈاکٹروں نے نوکری بھی کرنی ہے اور نجی پریکٹس بھی اس کی وجہ کیا ہے بیرونی امداد یا کچھ اور؟ میں اس سے زیادہ نہیں جانتا کہ میرا ضلع رحیم یارخان اس وقت بھی مکمل طور پر پولیو فری نہیں ہے ہاں یہ بات ضرور ہے کہ پولیو مہم کی وجہ سے اس خطرناک بیماری پر زبردست حد کنٹرول کر لیا گیا ہے خیر چھوڑیں میں اس قسم کی بحث میں نہیں جانا چاہتا

رحیم یارخان کو ڈاکٹروں کی جنت بھی کہا جاتا ہے یہاں پر ڈاکو ڈاکٹروں اور قصائی ڈاکٹروں کی بھی بھرمار ہے ذاتی لیبارٹریوں یا کمیشن کی وجہ سے بلاوجہ ٹیسٹ،اضافی ادویات تو تقریبا معمول بن چکا ہے ڈیلیوری آپریشن کے ہسپتالوں اور کلینکس پر لچر اور خچر دونوں قسم کی خباثتیں عام سننے کو ملتی ہیں بلاضرورت صرف بھاری رقوم بٹورنے کے لیے بچی کے والدین کو زچہ و بچہ کی موت کا خوف  دلا کر آپریشن کرنے والوں کی داستانیں بھی تلخ اور شرمناک ہیں.ہم تو یہی دعا کر سکتے ہیں کہ اللہ تبارک و تعالی ہم سب کو ہدایت دے اندھی حرص و ہوس سے بچائے ہمارا معاشرہ جو احساس کی دولت سے مالا مال تھا اسے احساس کی وہ دولت جس میں سینکڑوں خوشیاں تھیں واپس لوٹا دے آمین
