اوکاڑہ(نیشن آف پاکستان ںیوز آن لائن، جاوید راہی)اسلاموفوبیا کا حل تشدد سے نہیں بلکہ منطق سے ممکن ہے مغربی ممالک میں جانے والے مسلمانوں کو ان کی معاشی ترقی میں مثبت کردارادا کرنا چاہیے،وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ذکریا ذاکر نے کہا کہ مغربی معاشروں میں اسلاموفوبیا اوراسلام کے خلاف بڑھتے ہوئے متشدد رویوں پہ تحقیق کےلیے اکاڑہ یونیورسٹی نے ایک اسٹڈی گروپ تشکیل دے دیا ہے جس کا مقصد اسلاموفوبیا کے خاتمے کےلیے ایک موثر اور مربوط لائحہ عمل کے ذریعے نوجوان نسل کی تربیت کرنا ہے

یونیورسٹی کے طلباء اور اساتذہ سے بات کرتے ہوئے وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد زکریا ذاکر نے اس گروپ کے مقاصد بیان کیے اور بتایا کہ جدید دنیا میں جنگ ہتھیاروں سے نہیں بلکہ نظریات سے لڑی جا سکتی ہے۔ اگر ہم دنیا سے اسلام دشمن رویوں کو ختم کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو ہمیں تشدد اورنفرت کا جواب اسی انداز میں دینے کی بجائے اپنے مضبوط بیانیے ترتیب دینے ہوں گے

اپنے ایک تحقیقی مقالے کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے پروفیسر زکریا کا کہنا تھا کہ دراصل مغرب میں موجود انتہا پسند اور شر پسند عناصر اپنے معاشروں کی خرابیوں اور کمزوریوں کا الزام مسلمانوں پہ لگاتے ہیں۔ ان کی دلیل یہ ہے کہ مغربی ممالک میں آنے والے مسلمان یہاں کی سائنسی اور معاشی ترقی میں کردار ادا کرنے کی بجائے فلاحی نظام پہ بوجھ بن جاتے ہیں

وائس چانسلر نے اس بات پہ زور دیا کہ ہماری یونیورسٹیوں کو نوجوان نسل کی اس انداز سے تربیت کرنی چاہیے کہ جب وہ تعلیم یا روزگار کے سلسلے میں بیرون ملک جائیں تو وہ ان ممالک کی معاشی ترقی میں اپنا مثبت کردار ادا کریں اور ان کےلیے ایک اثاثہ ثابت  ہو سکیں۔

ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ یونیورسٹیاں طلباء میں مغربی معاشروں کے قانون اور روایات کے احترام پیدا کریں اور ان کو یہ احساس ذمہ داری سکھائیں کہ وہاں جا کر وہ اپنا اسلامی تشخص برقرار رکھتے ہوئے ان ممالک کے قوانین کی مکمل پاسداری کریں۔

Okara (Nation of Pakistan News Online, Javed Rahi) Islamophobia can be solved not by violence but by logic Muslims who go to western countries should play a positive role in their economic development, said Vice Chancellor Prof. Zakaria Zakir. In order to research Islamophobia and the growing violent attitudes against Islam, Akara University has formed a study group aimed at training the younger generation through an effective and integrated strategy to eradicate Islamophobia.

Speaking to students and faculty of the university, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zakaria Zakir outlined the objectives of the group and said that in the modern world, war can be fought not with weapons but with ideas. If we want to eradicate anti-Islamic attitudes from the world, we need to make strong statements instead of responding to violence and hatred in this way.

Citing a research paper, Professor Zakaria said that in fact, extremist and evil elements in the West blame Muslims for the shortcomings and weaknesses of their societies. They argue that Muslims coming to the West become a burden on the welfare system instead of contributing to the scientific and economic development here.

The Vice Chancellor stressed that our universities should train the young generation in such a way that when they go abroad for education or employment, they can play a positive role in the economic development of these countries and provide them with a Prove to be an asset.

He added that universities should instill in students respect for the laws and traditions of Western societies and teach them a sense of responsibility to go there and fully abide by the laws of these countries while maintaining their Islamic identity.
