محترم قارئین کرام، سابق وفاقی وزیر اور وزیراعلی پنجاب سردار عثمان خان بزدار کی مشیر فردوس عاشق اعوان کی پیپلز پارٹی کے ایم این اے قادر مندوخیل کے ساتھ جاوید چودھری کے ٹی وی پروگرام میں جو تماشہ لگا اور پھر اسے جس اہتمام کے ساتھ سوشل میڈیا کے ذریعے دیکھایا گیا یقین کریں یہ ہماری قومی و پارلیمانی سیاست کا انتہائی زوال ہے بے ایمانی، کرپشن اور مسلسل لاقانونیت کے عروج کے بعد اب وقت نے آہستہ آہستہ سب کرداروں اور ذمہ داروں کو ننگا کرنے کا فیصلہ کر لیا حالات کو کسی حد تک کنٹرول اور قابو کیا جا سکتا ہے لیکن وقت کو تو کوئی بھی نہیں روک سکتا فطرت اور قدرت کے اصولوں کے خلاف چلتے چلتے آخر ایک ایسا مرحلہ اور وقت بھی آ جاتا ہے جب دنیا جہان کے مالک کی طرف سے ڈھیل ختم کرکے سزا دینے کا فیصلہ صادر فرما دیا جاتا ہے پھر ایسے حالات میں نہ عقل کام آتی ہے اور نہ مت بات صرف داؤس اعوان اور مندو خیل کی نہیں ہے یہ ہمارا قومی المیہ ہے قومی سیاست میں  مندے بازی سے تھپڑ بازی تک کا سفر ہو یا ہماری انفرادی و اجتماعی، سرکاری و غیر سرکاری بے ایمانی اور کرپشن کی داستانیں ہوں اخلاقیات کا تو دور دور تک نام و نشان بھی نہیں رہا دنیا کی اندھی حرس و ہوس نے انسان کو اندھا کرکے حیوان بنا دیا ہے داؤس اعوان کیا کیا گُل کھلا رہی ہے اس قبیح کی دیگر خواتین و حضرات  ایمان،اخلاقیات وغیرہ سے کس قدر لاعلم ہو کر بہت دور نکل چکے ہیں سیاست کے ساتھ ساتھ صحافت کا بیڑہ غرق کرنے والے بھی کسی سے پیچھے یا کم نہیں رہے بھانڈ ٹائپ اور کچھ دکاندار ٹائپ صحافیوں نے صحافت کے عظیم پیشے کو بھی منڈی کا مال بنا کے رکھ دیا ہے خفیہ بولیاں کے بعد اب تو اوپن بولیاں شروع ہو چکی ہیں سرائیکی دانشور مجاہد جتوئی مذکورہ بالا واقعہ بارے دریا کو کوزے میں بند کرتے ہوئے لکھتے ہیں کہ ُ ُ لچر ۔ خچر ۔ دھچر ۔ بھچر ۔ چچر قِسم کی صحافت دیکھنا ہو تو عاشق اعوان اور مندو خیل والا ٹوٹا دیکھیں ٗمحترم قارئین کرام، سچ تو یہ ہے کہ وطن عزیز میں اس کے علاوہ باقی کتنا اور کیا کیا بچا ہے ٹوٹا ھے یا سوٹا ہے

چودھری بشارت علی ہندل رحیم یارخان کے سینئر ایڈوؤکیٹ اور بہترین سوشل ایکٹیوسٹ ہیں ہندل نامہ کے عنوان سے سوشل میڈیا پر عوامی مسائل اور بہت سارے معاملات پرلکھتے رہتے ہیں ڈی سی ہاؤس، صادق کلب، ڈی پی او آفس، ایریگیشن چوک کی تازہ ترین توڑ پھوڑ بارے آپ لکھتے ہیں کہ  ُ ُہمارے رحیم یار خان کے ارباب اختیار کی ترجیحات، پہلی ترجیح، اچھا خاصا فوارہ چوک توڑ کر نیا بنانا بلکل سابقہ حکمرانوں کی طرح وجوہات دو ہی ہو سکتی ہیں1:کسی افسر کو کوئی اور نمونہ پسند ہوگا اسلئے اسکی خواہش پر ایسا کیا گیا کیونکہ ضلع کے تمام اعلی ترین افسران صبح شام گھر سے نکلتے اور واپس گھر جاتے ہوئے اسی فوارہ چوک سے گزرتے ہیں2:اپنے کسی من پسند ٹھیکیدار کو نوازنا، میرے نزدیک پہلی وجہ لگتی ہے دوسری جو ترجیح بلکل بھی نہیں اور جہاں بچیاں اعلی تعلیم حاصل کرنے جاتی ہیں انکے لئے لازم ہے کہ گٹر کے پانی سے ہوتی ہوئی تباہ حال سڑک کے راستے کالج پہنچیں میں بطور رحیم یار خان کے شہری اس کی پرزور مذمت کرتے ہوئے مطالبہ کرتا ہوں کہ جس کسی کی بھی خواہش یا رکمنڈیشن پر یہ فوارہ چوک تڑوایا گیا اسی کی جیب سے اسکو جس مرضی نمونے کا نیا بنا لیں لیکن اس کیلئے قومی خزانے سے ایک روپیہ بھی خرچ کرنے کی صورت میں شہر کے ارباب اختیار دنیا میں بھی اور آخرت میں بھی جواب دہ ہوں گے ٗ ٗ

شہر کے مخصوص ایریا، کچھ مخصوص سڑکوں اور چوکوں کی بار بار ڈیزائین بدل کر دوبارہ تعمیر، تزئین و آرائش کو سارے شہر اور ضلع  کی تعمیر و ترقی اور خوبصورتی کا نام دینے والے یہ راگ اور گیت گانے والے خوشامدی قوال دراصل دیہاڑی دار لوگ ہوتے ہیں یا کرپشن کے شاہی تالاب میں نہانے والے بہروپیے اور نام نہاد نسل کے لوگ ہوتے ہیں ان کرپشن کرنے والوں کو کیا پتہ کہ کسی شہر علاقے، ضلع، صوبہ اور ملک کی حقیقی ترقی و خوشحالی ترقی اور خوبصورتی کیا ہوتی ہے ایک کلب کی سوچ رکھنے والے وسیع ظرف و سوچ کے مالک قلبی نہیں کلبی ہی رہتے ہیں کبھی تھلی روڈ اور مضافات کی آبادیوں کی صورت حال بھی ملاحظہ فرمائیں، نورے والی، بابا غریب شاہ، پیر شہیداں، عیسی کالونی وغیرہ کا بھی وزٹ کریں سہولیات سے محروم علاقہ جات کی فہرست میں اور بھی بہت سارے علاقے ہیں جہاں پر لوگ پینے کےصاف پانی اور سیوریج کی سہولیات تک سے محروم ہیں بابا غریب شاہ نہر صادق برانچ کا غربی کنارے کی آبادی اپنی مثال آپ ہے ڈی سی آفس سے صرف ڈیڑھ کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر اس آبادی میں کوئی ایک بھی سہولت نہیں اپنی بجلی، گیس، سڑک سولنگ، سیوریج شہر کے وسط میں گویا سو سال پہلے کا دیہات اس کے ذمہ کون کون ہیں شیر کے ایم این اے اور ایم پی اے کو اس علاقے سے گُھن کیوں آتی ہے الیکشن کے دنوں میں ان کے ووٹ تو سب کو اچھے لگتے ہیں کیونکہ مفت میں ملتے ہیں اس ٹاپک پر علیحدہ سے لکھیں گے

ُ ُرحیم یار خان شہر سے لعل شاہ اور اس کے گینگ نے 12کروڑ مالیت کی 51 گاڑیاں رینٹ اے کار والوں سے کرائے پر حاصل کر کے آگے بیچ ڈالیں اپنے گھر کے اخراجات پورے کرنے کے لیے اپنی جمع پونجی لگا کر قیمتی گاڑیاں کرائے پر دینے والے کار مالکان ہاتھوں میں کاغذ لے کر ڈی پی او آفس اور پولیس اسٹیشنز کے چکر کاٹ رہے بہت سی گاڑیاں پولیس آفیسران کے زیر استعمال ہیں پولیس کا ایک اعلی افسر جعل ساز دھوکہ دے کر لوٹنے والے گینگ کے خلاف کاروائی کے بجائے الٹا یہ کہتا ہے کہ گاڑیوں کے کاغذات تو بلیک مارکیٹ سے جعلی تیار یو جاتے ہیں اس واقعہ نے رحیم یارخان شہر کے شہریوں کو عدم تحفظ کی طرف دھکیل دیا ہے اندر ہی اندر پکنے والا لاوا جب پھٹے گا ان حالات کا ذمہ دار کون ہوگا

 ٗوطن عزیز میں ہم دیکھ رہے کہ کہ یا ٹوٹا چلتا ہے یا سوٹا چلتا ہے یقینا دونوں خطرناک ہیں دونوں کی پکڑ شدید ہے عوام کی اکثریت ٹوٹے کی رسیا ہو چکی ہے اور سوٹے کی مستقل غلام اس ملک کا نظام ٹوٹا اور سوٹا کے ذریعے سے کامیابی سے چلایا جا رہا ہے آپ نیچے سے لیکر اوپر تک اداروں کو دیکھیں اور اداروں کے اندر کرسیوں پر بیٹھے ہوئے لوگوں ذمہ دار حضرات کے کردار کا جائزہ لیں اندرونی حالات یقینأ بڑے ہی تلخ ہیں اندرغلاظت اور اس کی بدبو سے بھرے ہوئے ہیں.یہ جو مناظر آپ کو پہلےکبھی کبھی یا اب اکثر و بیشتر نظر آتے ہیں یہ اوور فلونگ ہے
